QA Automation Engineer (C#)

Location: Minsk, Belarus — remote or hybrid

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated tests with C#, .NET, and Playwright.
• Build coverage for UI, REST APIs, integrations, and end-to-end business flows.
• Extend the test automation framework with reusable components, fixtures, utilities, and test data setup.
• Automate regression scenarios involving multiple services and third-party integrations.
• Validate application data with SQL and investigate failures across product, test, data, environment, and integration layers.
• Integrate, stabilize, document, and maintain automated tests for regular CI/CD execution while collaborating with developers and QA engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in SDET or test automation roles.
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET, plus hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience building or significantly extending test automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with REST API, UI, end-to-end, integration, and automated regression testing.
• Strong SQL knowledge, with the ability to investigate application data and debug across UI, API, application, database, and integration layers.
• At least Intermediate (B1) English and experience with CI/CD pipelines, test data, environment configuration, mocks, external dependencies, and AI-assisted engineering tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or load testing.
• Experience setting up an automation framework from scratch.
• Experience optimizing large regression suites for execution time and stability.
