Focus on leading technical teams, enforcing service controls, resolving technical disputes, and building after-sales operations in a start-up environment.

What you will do
- Own the certified service network, including service-point capability gates, audits, certifications, suspensions, reinstatements, and dealer-termination unwind.
- Manage parts configuration, price books, stock levels, dead-stock clearance, write-offs, and delegated pricing controls.
- Own warranty policy, claims adjudication, payment reporting, OEM claim batches, reconciliation, goodwill, and technical dispute resolution.
- Lead recalls, regulator filings, stop-sale actions, technical service bulletins, network acknowledgements, and the OEM quality loop.
- Oversee vehicle inbound checks, pre-dispatch inspections, RMA decisions, internal repairs, dealer-stock battery care, and demo fleet condition.
- Lead the after-sales team, define service levels, and act as business owner for work-order, claims, parts, recall, and certification modules in the dealer management system.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of after-sales service and spare-parts experience in a two-wheeler, automotive, or EV brand.
- At least 3 years managing a dealer or workshop network in Vietnam.
- End-to-end OEM warranty ownership, including claim policy, adjudication tiers, batch submission, reconciliation, and recovery.
- Parts planning and business experience covering criticality-based stock configuration, fill rate, dead stock, and price books.
- Technical background in vehicles or high-voltage systems, with the ability to lead engineers and assess technical disputes.
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese required. Experience with dealer or service management systems, requirements writing, acceptance tests, controls, delegated limits, and audit trails.

- Recall or field-campaign execution involving regulator filing.
