Senior 3D Designer

Location: Chicago, Illinois; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $102,000–$114,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead design execution across social, digital, campaign, email, OOH, retail, and brand toolkit formats.
• Own 3D production, including CGI product visualization, retail display concepts, environmental renders, packaging development, and 3D animation.
• Interpret complex multi-format briefs, propose creative solutions, present rationale, and manage concurrent projects independently.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, copywriters, strategists, producers, and account teams to deliver integrated creative.
• Apply brand guidelines across multiple Mark Anthony brand identities while maintaining creative quality.
• Mentor junior designers and use Gen AI tools to improve ideation, workflows, and team output.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating broad design craft and strong 3D capability across product visualization, retail environments, motion, and digital or social work.
• Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D and Octane or Redshift; Blender is considered an equivalent.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma.
• Experience compositing 3D with live-action or motion elements and producing photorealistic product renders and 3D animation.
• Ability to lead creative execution independently, manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and collaborate with junior creatives and stakeholders.
• Advanced use of Gen AI tools for design and 3D, including AI-assisted rendering, image generation, workflow design, and responsible team training.

• Experience in the alcohol, beverage, or lifestyle sector.
• Knowledge of 3D, design, and platform trends relevant to beverage, lifestyle, and retail work.
