Influence Manager — Special Projects (Russian-speaking)

What you will do

• Source, assess, and build long-term relationships with YouTube creators and niche fintech, trading, and investing influencers.
• Develop and launch educational, YouTube, and other creator-led special projects.
• Prepare project concepts, briefs, and collaboration formats with influencers and internal teams.
• Manage projects end to end, including outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch, and reporting.
• Analyze campaign content, audience performance, traffic, conversions, and contribution to business metrics.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production, or digital media.
• Experience working long-term with YouTube creators or with fintech, trading, or investing influencers.
• Understanding of the full special-project cycle, from concept development through post-campaign analysis.
• Ability to connect creator and content performance with brand-awareness and business metrics.
• Experience working with multilingual creators, speakers, agencies, or production teams.
• Native-level Russian and confident English at B2+ level required.
