Creator Specialist (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Ukraine — fully remote from any location within Ukraine

What you will do

• Find talented creators and actors for marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Manage creator collaborations from initial outreach through agreement signing and final content delivery.
• Prepare content briefs, references, and scripts for creators.
• Help creators select outfits and locations and improve scripts to increase conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with multiple creators.

Requirements

• Experience finding talent across different platforms using established and new tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence managing multiple creators and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, talent scouting, or creator management.
• Familiarity with paid social metrics such as CTR, hook rate, and CPA.
