EMEA QA Digital Experience Intern (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; full-time onsite or hybrid depending on the local office policy.

What you will do

• Redesign and optimize the EMEA QA SharePoint site structure, navigation, and user experience.
• Conduct user experience assessments, user journey mapping, and usability improvement activities.
• Create digital content, visual communications, infographics, and stakeholder materials.
• Support Power BI integration, KPI visualization, and dashboard initiatives.
• Contribute to digital Quality Management System solutions and process improvements.
• Explore AI-enabled communication and knowledge management solutions while collaborating with Quality Assurance, IT, Communications, and Operational Excellence stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be registered as a student for the entire internship duration.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, Communication and Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Management, Digital Marketing, Industrial or Product Design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization, plus an understanding of user research and usability testing.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge with strong communication, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Interest in artificial intelligence and digital workplace innovation.
• Experience creating communication materials for quality culture, continuous improvement, or strategic projects.
