Senior Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical, Sales, and Corporate roles across LATAM, the US, and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on hiring strategies, success profiles, interview processes, and market positioning.
• Advise business leaders on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring competitiveness.
• Use AI, automation, sourcing technologies, and recruiting analytics to improve candidate quality, hiring efficiency, and workforce planning.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Improve structured interviewing, assessment processes, recruiting best practices, data quality, and process compliance.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across Technical, Sales, and Corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, sales, customer success, and other business-critical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills, including partnership with senior leaders.
• Experience using AI tools, advanced sourcing technologies, recruiting analytics, Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, talent evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
