What you will do

• Support Senior Portfolio Advisors in managing client relationships and discretionary OCIO investment programs for portfolios ranging from $10 million to $500 million.
• Manage portfolio administration, including client account setup, reporting, client review materials, and routine investment-related tasks.
• Create client presentations, review performance against benchmarks, and communicate the team’s investment outlook.
• Assist with custom portfolio development, trading and rebalancing, asset allocation analysis, and client meetings.
• Evaluate investment manager changes and support new business presentations.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, REV, and New Account Review processes with internal investment and client service teams.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience; business, economics, accounting, or finance is preferred.
• Prior financial services experience as an investment associate is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate with clients and investment committees.
• Ability to develop relationships with performance reporting, client communication, trading, and other internal teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
