Lead, Member and Provider Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas; occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $55,890–$73,355 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Hire, manage, coach, and develop a team of Oscar colleagues, including performance management and HR administration.
• Manage team outcomes, monitor dashboards and operational KPIs, and create action plans based on root-cause analysis.
• Lead team huddles, communicate operational objectives, and connect daily work to company priorities.
• Identify and close gaps in provider data and production workflows.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, quality, and team performance.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to implement best practices while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
• At least 1 year of direct people management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• At least 1 year of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
• Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
• Prior healthcare or insurance experience.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience solving complex inquiries or managing projects.
