What you will do
- Support and implement security and incident recovery solutions for customer environments.
- Assess backup environments, identify weaknesses, and improve data protection and recoverability.
- Manage data backup services and provide incident recovery and business continuity support.
- Monitor and analyze data protection environments, diagnose root causes, and optimize performance through automation and analytics.
- Help build and manage resilient data center infrastructure while preparing new services and overseeing change processes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience supporting and implementing security and incident recovery solutions.
- Experience maintaining hardware, software, network firewalls, and encryption protocols.
- Experience with the NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains.
- Deep understanding of resilience and recovery components, Dell Networker, Veeam, and IBM Storage Protect.
- Experience working with hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft.
- Customer focus, analytical and problem-solving ability, and a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CCSK.
