Senior Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Model player behavior at scale to improve the allocation of millions of dollars in marketing spend.
• Improve performance measurement through causal impact estimation, experimentation, and user lifetime value modeling.
• Create tools for optimizing user acquisition campaigns and improving marketing operations.
• Build experimentation capabilities for creative assets and marketing processes.
• Support marketing decisions with high-quality data products and structured dashboards.
• Build agentic AI systems that monitor, diagnose, and act on campaigns across the marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques, including causal inference, experimentation design, and predictive modeling.
• Experience designing and developing cloud-based, data-intensive applications using technologies such as Spark, SQL, Python, and Airflow.
• Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
• Excellent high-level communication skills.
• Proficiency in written English.

• Experience building agentic AI workflows.
• Interest in adjacent disciplines and solving open-ended problems with non-obvious solutions.
