Sr Data Science Consultant (Machine Learning/Healthcare): Developing machine learning solutions and production analytics deliverables using large-scale medical data for disease detection, patient outcome prediction, patient identification, and HCP targeting with an accent on supervised ML, statistical modeling, and healthcare data. Focus on proving new methodologies through client delivery, partnering with engineering and product to scale successful solutions, and building AI/ML proofs of concept for healthcare and pharma offerings.

What you will do
- Develop machine learning solutions on large-scale medical data for disease detection and patient outcome prediction.
- Translate client requirements for patient identification and healthcare professional targeting into production analytics deliverables.
- Prove new methodologies and capabilities through live client delivery.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to productionize and scale successful solutions.
- Contribute to AI/ML proofs of concept that enhance existing healthcare and pharma offerings.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences and with large healthcare datasets, including claims, EMR, or consumer data.
- Experience developing machine learning algorithms and predictive models, with strong knowledge of statistics and supervised ML methods such as regression, XGBoost, and SVM.
- Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming, for ML and ETL pipelines.
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Experience mentoring junior team members, managing stakeholders, working independently, and collaborating cross-functionally.
