What you will do

• Perform compliance assurance activities across IT, operational, and regulatory control environments.
• Execute control testing and monitoring against internal policies, standards, and external requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness through evidence validation, structured testing, and issue tracking.
• Support internal and external audits, certifications, and customer third-party audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
• Conduct internal inspections, analyze findings and root causes, and document lessons learned.
• Work with process owners and line management on remediation, control enhancements, and audit-readiness education.

Requirements

• Experience in IT compliance, audit, risk management, or internal controls within a complex enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of IT and operational control frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with control testing, issue analysis, remediation tracking, and structured evidence collection.
• Ability to analyze control gaps, identify root causes, and define actionable outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with process owners and delivery teams to improve control execution and sustainability.
• Strong written documentation skills for audit artifacts, findings, and remediation plans.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting external certifications or regulatory assessments.
• Familiarity with IT service delivery, CRM, or enterprise operations environments.
• Experience leading or participating in peer reviews or internal inspections.
• Exposure to global or multi-geography compliance programs.
• Background in continuous improvement or control optimization initiatives.
