Senior Agentic AI Platform Architect (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work with face-to-face interview required

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical architecture for an agentic AI platform.
• Design and evolve multi-agent orchestration systems, tool-use frameworks, and LLM integration pipelines.
• Establish production patterns for agent reliability, observability, guardrails, and graceful degradation.
• Lead technical design reviews and create architecture decision records.
• Define API contracts, data-flow patterns, and integration standards across the AI platform.
• Collaborate with ML and software engineers while mentoring engineers on production-grade AI practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software architecture experience, including at least 3 years designing AI/ML platform systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST/gRPC API design.
• Strong Python skills plus proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Production experience with agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, tool-use patterns, RAG pipelines, and reliability/observability.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Fort Worth, Texas; face-to-face interview required.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and MLOps/LLMOps tooling.
• Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, multi-agent design patterns, or agent evaluation frameworks.
• Airline or travel domain experience.
• TOGAF or a similar architecture certification.
