DEX Operations Architect (SaaS)

Location: Boston, MA, USA; hybrid work model balancing office and remote work.

Salary: USD 135,000–225,000 yearly

What you will do

• Identify customer workflows that drive operational change and redesign them with DEXOps and the hirify.global platform as the foundation.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer processes, pain points, dependencies, and workflow requirements.
• Drive workflow implementation, change management, adoption, and measurable operational improvements.
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly customer health reviews with IT leadership, including dependency mapping and impact scoring.
• Track workflow metrics, automation effectiveness, and impact trends while securing executive sponsorship and accountable owners.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales, advise customers on technical solutions, and build relationships with C-level and senior IT leaders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, IT strategy, or related enterprise IT leadership roles.
• Expertise in IT operating models, service delivery, process redesign, governance frameworks, and organizational change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and securing buy-in from IT executives and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical IT concepts into business outcomes and diagnose complex workflows and dependencies.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience operationalizing SaaS solutions to deliver measurable business benefits.

Nice to have

• Background in Professional Services, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Architect roles.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT governance framework knowledge.
• Experience at a SaaS company in customer success, implementation, or post-sales engineering.
• Experience leading IT transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• MBA, engineering degree, or advanced IT certifications.
