Social Content Creator & Influencer Specialist

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the NYC Metro area and able to attend local partner activations and travel to other US cities for content creation.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and static social content.
• Appear on camera as an energetic and authentic face of the Virgin Gifts brand.
• Manage the social editorial calendar and grow engagement and followers across channels.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture local and national creators to produce authentic user-generated content.
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social formats, trends, and features.
• Track campaign ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics while managing creator gifting workflows, contracts, tracking links, and the internal content library.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, or creator community management.
• Portfolio demonstrating short-form video production for TikTok and Instagram Reels using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or InShot.
• Comfort presenting on camera with an energetic and relatable style.
• Experience managing affiliate or creator platforms such as Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ, or LTK.
• Hands-on experience managing creator partnerships from outreach through asset delivery.
• Must be located in the NYC Metro area, attend local activations, and travel to other US cities for content creation.

Nice to have

• Experience with lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or gifting brands.
• Experience running or scaling a personal social channel.
• Basic knowledge of paid social concepts such as Spark Ads, creator licensing, and whitelisting.
