What you will do

• Launch and lead the Juniper Spain business from zero as the local General Manager.
• Define the local product experience and improve retention, engagement, customer outcomes, and long-term loyalty.
• Improve the customer journey from consultation through treatment while maintaining a high-quality service.
• Build the operating model, systems, and processes needed to scale reliably.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.
• Partner with central product, growth, and clinical teams to localise the experience and influence wider business decisions.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling a high-growth consumer business, such as mobility, marketplaces, food delivery, or quick commerce.
• Experience launching markets, building teams, and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
• Previous people leadership experience and a track record of hiring and developing teams.
• Commercial judgement, including understanding unit economics and balancing customer experience with sustainable growth.
• Must be based in Spain, most likely Barcelona.
