Lead Game Artist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead and organise the art team's daily work, including task planning, prioritisation, delegation, workload balancing, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate art production with the Game Producer, development team, Head of Art, and wider project stakeholders.
• Resolve or escalate blockers, dependencies, delivery risks, and recurring game development issues.
• Mentor artists through check-ins, constructive feedback, artistic guidance, and performance support.
• Create high-quality slot game artwork, including symbols, backgrounds, game elements, logos, marketing assets, and design mockups.
• Prepare assets for animation, use AI tools to improve turnaround times, and deliver game packages through a proprietary tool.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Game Artist.
• Proven experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring an art team in a game production environment.
• Previous experience in the iGaming or casino industry, specifically with slot games.
• Extensive knowledge of 2D design tools, primarily Adobe Photoshop and relevant plugins, plus experience with graphic AI tools.
• Strong visual style, effects, gaming-industry trend awareness, planning, prioritisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-intermediate, conversational English required.

• Good knowledge of Spine and animation workflows.
