Lead Game Artist (iGaming): Creating high-quality slot game artwork and coordinating art production for symbols, backgrounds, game elements, logos, and marketing assets with an accent on team leadership, 2D design, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on planning art delivery, mentoring artists, preparing assets for Spine animation, and resolving development issues while maintaining visual quality.
Location: Onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine, at the fully equipped city-centre office near Palats Sportu metro station.

What you will do
- Lead and organise the art team's daily work, serving as the main point of contact and representing the team across the studio.
- Plan, prioritise, assign, and track art tasks, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers.
- Coordinate with the Game Producer, Head of Art, developers, and the wider project team on priorities, handovers, and delivery updates.
- Mentor artists through check-ins, feedback, artistic guidance, workload balancing, and performance support.
- Create high-quality slot game artwork, including symbols, backgrounds, game elements, logos, marketing assets, and fast design mockups.
- Prepare assets for animation using the Spine workflow, use AI tools to improve turnaround times, deliver game packages, and help resolve recurring development issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Game Artist.
- Proven experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring an art team in a game production environment.
- Previous iGaming or casino experience, specifically with slot games.
- Extensive knowledge of 2D design tools, primarily Adobe Photoshop and relevant plugins, plus experience with graphic AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of visual styles, effects, gaming industry trends, workload planning, delegation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Upper-intermediate, conversational English, with clear communication and a collaborative leadership style.
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of Spine and animation workflows.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant game art and slot game projects.
