Location: 1st year in Shenzhen (China), then remote from your home country (preferably in Central or Eastern Europe)

What you will do

• Collaborate with international teams to develop and test LLM-based solutions.
• Assist in research and prototyping of AI tools in NLP, generative AI, and related fields.

• Learn from experienced researchers and gradually take on more independent responsibilities.

Requirements

• Graduates or postgraduates from top technical universities in Europe (especially in CEE).
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Foundational understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
• Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
• High motivation to relocate for 12 months to China and work in a multicultural, fast-paced R&D environment.
• Solid English skills and a collaborative mindset.
