What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable Go backend services for a high-load fleet management platform.
• Research technical solutions, design service architecture, and implement new features for partner, driver, and vehicle management.
• Build and maintain observability infrastructure, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
• Own the service lifecycle from delivery and deployment to production monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaborate across teams, participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, and mentor other engineers.
• Contribute to discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, demos, and other agile practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience, including complex problems in high-load environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Go, including generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives.
• Strong SQL and Redis skills, including schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, query optimization, and efficient Redis data structures.
• Experience with gRPC, message brokers, microservice architecture, and reliable synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication.
• Experience designing observability strategies and working with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or similar platforms, and AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.
• English: Intermediate+ level required. Strong testing, Git, code review, Jira, and Azure DevOps skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, Terraform, Pulumi, or Go performance profiling tools such as pprof and trace.
• Familiarity with Figma and cross-platform collaboration.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
