Data Owner (Middleware)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Own and manage Middleware platform data, including inventories, versions, configurations, lifecycle information, and compliance status.
• Define and enforce data governance standards, data models, ownership frameworks, and quality controls.
• Maintain visibility of EOS/EOL status and support remediation through data-driven insights.
• Establish standardized reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking aligned with OASIS objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs, delivery teams, and stakeholders on data collection, validation, and usage.
• Support automation, analytics, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives with structured, reliable data.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in middleware technologies, including WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat, IBM MQ, ESBs, web servers, and other integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB or an equivalent platform, including EOS/EOL tracking, version management, and technology roadmaps.
• 5+ years of experience in middleware operations or IT service delivery and 3+ years in data ownership or governance.
• Experience in multi-account managed services environments, audit and compliance requirements, data models, quality standards, classification schemas, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and KPIs, plus experience supplying structured data to AI or automation platforms.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, analytical, communication, ownership, accountability, and change management skills.
