Data Services Analyst (Clinical Data): Reviewing, reconciling, and analyzing complex study data across clinical systems and data sources with an accent on data quality, discrepancy investigation, and operational support. Location: Hybrid/Remote in Sofia, Bulgaria; other locations: Belgrade, Serbia and Bloemfontein, South Africa

What you will do
- Review, reconcile, analyze, and quality-control study data across multiple studies, clients, data sources, and systems.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, mapping issues, exceptions, incidents, service requests, and operational problems by identifying root causes and coordinating resolution.
- Support study setup, maintenance, validation, testing, and ongoing operations across clinical technology and data solutions.
- Manage assigned studies, activities, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, reports, reconciliations, metrics, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, operational, and client-facing stakeholders on data inquiries, reporting requirements, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, process improvement, and technology-enabled ways of working, while sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3 years of Data Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical, investigative, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience investigating and resolving data-quality, reconciliation, or operational data issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills, including experience with reporting, data reconciliation, and operational support.
- Ability to understand business and data requirements and translate them into practical data checks and operational solutions.
- Ability to work with complex datasets and investigate discrepancies across multiple data sources and systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex data issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across global and cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset.
