Intelligent Automation Engineer (UiPath)

What you will do

• Support automation project workstreams under senior guidance, contributing to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyze data and business information to help prepare client recommendations.
• Create and maintain process flows, technical specifications, operational procedures, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with automation specialists and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships while contributing to client-facing delivery activities.
• Stay current with automation industry trends and develop consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience developing automation solutions with UiPath.
• Experience with Git or another version control system, including branching, version management, and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of at least one consulting area, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent English and German communication skills are required.
• Independent, proactive, self-driven approach and strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
