Senior QA Engineer (Kotlin)

What you will do

• Own testing activities within an agile feature team in collaboration with colleagues.
• Create test cases, documentation, and test management processes.
• Automate tests with Kotlin, primarily using Serenity BDD.
• Contribute to the architecture of the test automation setup.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• At least five years of software testing experience focused on test automation.
• Experience with object-oriented test automation and Kotlin or Java, with willingness to learn Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience testing frontend and backend applications, including web and REST APIs.
• Experience with manual testing, test management, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong English skills for the working environment.
• German at least at B2 level is required for stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• ISTQB knowledge or certification.
• Experience with Serenity BDD, Selenium-based frameworks, or Rest Assured.
