C#/.NET-разработчик (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; listed locations are Almaty and Kyiv. Work is fully remote, with availability expected during overlapping team hours and attendance at scheduled meetings.

Salary: $1,800–$2,500 net per month.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET technologies.
• Build and support backend functionality for a healthcare intranet portal connecting more than 90 medical clinics and headquarters.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code using .NET Framework 4 and .NET 8.
• Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and apply architecture and design best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain application stability and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members on product delivery.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET, Entity Framework, AWS, and cloud technologies.
• Strong C# and .NET experience, including .NET Framework 4 and .NET 8.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Windows Services, relational databases, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing.
• English at least pre-intermediate level for documentation, tasks, interfaces, and chats.
• Familiarity with Vue or other frontend frameworks, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar enterprise reporting tools.
