.NET Trainee

Location: Astana, Kazakhstan. Candidates from Almaty attend the program at the employer's office; participants from other cities in Kazakhstan can join online.

Salary: up to 270,000 KZT per month before taxes.

Andersen is an international IT outsourcing company that develops digital products for fintech, banking, healthcare, logistics, e-commerce, and other industries.

What you will do

• Complete a five-month, full-time .NET traineeship focused on backend development.
• Build a training project that closely replicates commercial product development.
• Apply C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Develop solutions for complex business logic and large-scale, high-load business systems.
• Work with mentors, complete regular technical assessments, and prepare to join a commercial project.

Requirements

• English: Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID, algorithms, and data structures.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Solid theoretical or practical knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Educational, pet, or test projects in a portfolio.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience with Angular.
• Technical background.
• German at Intermediate level or higher.
