What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test scripts aligned with business and functional requirements.
• Maintain and update test scripts to reflect system changes and conduct regression testing.
• Document and communicate test results and defects clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with project team members to understand system features and requirements.
• Continuously improve testing coverage and efficiency by suggesting and incorporating new tools and techniques.
• Create test data to support accurate test execution.

Requirements

• Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in writing and executing test scripts for cloud-based software applications.
• Experience with testing management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce QA.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience with AI agentic workflows.
