What you will do
- Lead and evolve the Product Marketing organization across innovation, established product lines, platform, and solution marketing.
- Own ’s platform positioning, portfolio narrative, differentiation, and messaging.
- Build scalable product launch and commercialization processes and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Partner with Product and Technology leadership to bring market, buyer, competitive, and commercial insight into product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Connect portfolio strategy with segments, personas, regions, use cases, and sales-cycle experiences while strengthening the market-to-product feedback loop.
- Drive pipeline, win-rate, expansion, adoption, and broader go-to-market impact while coaching senior and emerging leaders.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep Product Marketing expertise and at least 5 years leading high-performing teams.
- Experience operating at Senior Director, VP, or equivalent scope in a complex, multi-product SaaS or platform business.
- Strong expertise in market and customer insight, positioning and messaging, product launches, portfolio strategy, competitive differentiation, commercialization, and sales enablement.
- Experience partnering with Product and Technology executives and influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Experience scaling Product Marketing organizations, processes, and operating models during significant company and portfolio growth.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving global organization and collaborating across Israel, the US, the UK, and other markets.

- Experience with enterprise or mid-market SaaS.
- AI or platform marketing experience.
