Talent Program Manager (APAC)

Location: Singapore Office; the role supports program delivery across APAC and requires travel to regional locations for events and key milestones.

What you will do

• Execute and localize global early career strategies across APAC in line with regional business needs and workforce planning.
• Lead the full lifecycle of internship and full-time early career programs, including onboarding, orientation, learning, engagement, and offboarding.
• Build scalable playbooks, tools, frameworks, and resources for managers, mentors, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage program logistics, events, vendors, schedules, budgets, participant progress, and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and live events while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiting, HRBPs, Talent Brand, Learning & Development, and business leaders across APAC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development.
• Experience managing early career programs across APAC, including Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Experience balancing program execution and enablement through tools, frameworks, or scalable processes.
• Strong planning, execution, stakeholder management, and program effectiveness measurement skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for early career audiences and senior leaders.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
