What you will do
- Coordinate with stakeholders during budget planning and monthly variance forecasting.
- Monitor weekly and monthly variance forecasts against actual results.
- Track company spending against the approved budget and report significant changes to management.
- Analyze expense records, verify accuracy, and provide reports to counterpart departments.
- Coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets.
- Verify purchase requests and confirm budget availability before processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance or experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Experience with budgeting and planning, cost engineering, or scrap management.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with defined objectives.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
- Computer literacy, logical thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with planning and Oracle Cloud.
- Attention to detail, accountability, continuous learning, and strong interpersonal skills.
