What you will do
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities.
- Track actual performance against targets, investigate variances, and prepare quality commentary.
- Prepare monthly dashboards showing actual results against budget for budget owners.
- Advise operational teams on expenses, purchase orders, payments, and related finance processes.
- Review and prepare internal control reports while supporting compliant financial operations.
- Follow up on hosting activity purchase orders, invoicing, overdue invoices, risks and opportunities, and ad hoc finance projects.
Requirements
- Fresh university graduate or 1–2 years of experience in business administration or finance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Foundational knowledge of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow logic.
- Fluent written and spoken Thai and English required.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in an international environment.
