CQ Analyst Brazil (Medical Devices)

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare and medical technology solutions. The Orthopedics business is planned to become a standalone company operating as DePuy Synthes.

What you will do

• Support the LATAM region in partnership with the global Quality Management Systems team.
• Manage training processes, including curriculum definition, assignment, and follow-up.
• Control periodic document reviews, generate reports, and provide visibility to the CQ leadership team.
• Manage quality metrics by generating reports from multiple systems.
• Provide quality data and insights for quality leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in business biosciences, engineering, a health-related discipline, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Experience with quality management systems, document management, quality control, data quality, and quality reporting.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with analytical reasoning, quality auditing, systems analysis, and training people.
