TL;DR
Coordinator, Streaming (Back-end) (Streaming/Media Programming): Managing non-linear programming, content scheduling, rights tracking, metadata, and VOD distribution for Universal+ and VOD across the LATAM region with an accent on data analysis, research insights, and contract-compliant content delivery. Focus on building programming rollouts, verifying episodic metadata and ratings, coordinating materials with Operations, and tailoring content offerings through audience data.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; onsite four times per week

What you will do
- Manage non-linear programming tasks, including scheduling content in the VOD Contract Management System.
- Prepare rights trackers, master schedules, rollout documents, episodic documents, and affiliate materials.
- Plan non-linear programming strategies and update schedules when changes or errors occur.
- Review and verify metadata, assign MPAA ratings, and screen content for inventory and potential acquisitions.
- Coordinate with Operations on materials delivery and collaborate with Programming, Marketing, Digital, Research, On-Air, Media Planning, and Editorial teams.
- Use audience insights, research, and creative analysis to improve content offerings and consumer experience across LATAM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in media communications or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in media, entertainment, or advertising.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Strong writing, copy-editing, communication, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and independent-working skills.
- Must be willing to work in Brazil and onsite four times per week.
