What you will do

• Gather market data, identify trends, and analyze competitor offerings to support product decisions.
• Maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.
• Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new features and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Interest in UX research, product development, and financial technology.
• Ability to analyze market, competitor, and product performance data.
• Ability to organize documentation, timelines, reports, and research materials.
• Ability to collaborate with product, IT, design, and cross-functional teams.
• Must work at the San Diego headquarters.
