Associate Android Developer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop Android features for the myAir application using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture patterns such as MVVM.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and mobile developers to design and deliver product features.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Identify and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and application crashes.
• Improve application architecture, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain unit and automated tests while contributing within a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Experience developing Android applications through professional work, internships, academic work, or personal projects.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or experience with Java.
• Understanding of Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, Android lifecycle, performance considerations, concurrency, coroutines, and flows.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, networking, and Git-based version control workflows.
• Interest in mobile development and willingness to continue learning.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One to three years of relevant Android development experience.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Android testing, CI/CD pipelines, Agile or Scrum, Bluetooth or device integrations, or backend-connected mobile applications.
