Solution Consultant II (Warehouse Management Systems)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; travel required to various sites across the Greater Toronto Area

Salary: CAD 74,000–101,750 per year, based on relevant experience

What you will do

• Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and design warehouse solutions.
• Support solution design sessions, architecture development, workflow definition, and technical specifications.
• Support solution implementation and integrations in line with Walmart standards.
• Provide warehouse solution expertise throughout the project lifecycle and support user adoption and change management.
• Create solution security plans and documentation for InfoSec approval.
• Support vendor relationships, incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement for operational technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, cloud technologies, and integration patterns.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and project delivery skills.
• Ability to support warehouse operations, vendor governance, and IT incident and problem management.
• Ability to travel to various sites across the Greater Toronto Area.
