Game Designer (Slot Product Owner) (iGaming): Managing the development and delivery of new slot game products in line with game metrics, roadmap goals, functional requirements, compliance standards, and market needs with an accent on game concepts, product vision, and production coordination. Focus on prioritizing backlogs, aligning studio teams and product stakeholders, creating engaging mechanics and visuals, and improving game quality through development.
Location: 100% onsite in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do
- Manage the development, delivery, and governance of new slot game products in line with game metrics and roadmap goals.
- Define game concepts from mechanical and visual perspectives and ensure the product vision is understood by the production team.
- Own the production backlog, prioritize work, and plan delivery based on the defined game scope.
- Ensure games meet functional, compliance, quality, and market requirements.
- Coordinate with product, sales, marketing, operators, players, and studio teams to improve game products.
- Create ancillary gaming products that enhance the overall player experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in game design.
- Strong understanding of product analysis and creating products that stand out in the market.
- Passion for the gaming industry, game products, competitors, and player experience.
- Ability to guide teams through prioritization and efficient ways of working at both team and studio level.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Highly proficient spoken and written English.
