What you will do
- Coordinate operator and online casino integrations from initiation through launch and post-launch handover.
- Manage project plans, milestones, launch-readiness trackers, Jira requests, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery actions.
- Coordinate game, product, and feature rollouts across new and existing operators.
- Align technical, commercial, operational, compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements across internal teams and external partners.
- Track due diligence documentation, approvals, certifications, market requirements, blockers, and corrective actions.
- Provide delivery updates, facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–4 years of experience in project management, implementation, integrations, delivery management, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams and working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience using project management or ticketing tools such as Jira.
- Strong planning, organisation, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in online gaming, iGaming, casino, betting, technology, or another regulated digital industry.
- Experience with online casino integrations, platform implementations, product rollouts, compliance, regulatory, or due diligence processes.
- Understanding of online casino products, game content, and operator platforms.
- Formal project management qualification or certification.
