Lead Delivery Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Own defined projects, workstreams, and strategic initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
• Create delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, consulting, support, and delivery.
• Work with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into executable activities.
• Support governance, workshops, steering meetings, executive discussions, and escalation management.
• Identify recurring customer challenges and shape repeatable services, accelerators, propositions, and product improvements.

Requirements

• Experience providing project or delivery leadership for complex initiatives.
• Ability to establish delivery plans, manage dependencies, identify risks, and remove blockers.
• Strong coordination skills across business, product, technology, consulting, support, and delivery functions.
• Ability to engage directly with customer and technical stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Experience supporting customer governance, workshops, steering meetings, and executive discussions.
• Must be based in South Africa for this remote role.
