Test & Validation Senior Associate Engineer - Electric Drive Development (Electric Drive)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Travel may be required for less than 10% of the time.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Perform detailed motor and generator failure investigations.
• Conduct electrical checks on advanced drivetrain components.
• Analyze test and field data to determine failure causes.
• Communicate investigation results and technical conclusions.
• Document findings in technical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering or Materials Science program.
• Working knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to analyze situations, determine root causes, and develop solutions.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience developing electric drive products through design, testing, or analysis.
• Experience with electric drive systems or components.
