What you will do

• Support the management of creator operations projects, coordinating teams and tracking deadlines and objectives.
• Assist with planning and rolling out new operational processes for content creator campaigns.
• Train teams on new procedures and create process documentation, guides, and user manuals.
• Evaluate existing processes and tools, identify inefficiencies, and help implement automation solutions.
• Monitor performance indicators and analyze the impact of operational improvements.
• Track industry news and conduct benchmarks and case studies on creator strategies and market trends.

Requirements

• Current student with initial experience in project or product management.
• Strong coordination, project management, communication, teamwork, and diplomatic skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office or OpenOffice.
• Availability for a six-month, office-based internship in Paris beginning in January 2027.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot or Claude, Figma, or Python.
