HR Business Partner (Malaysia and Indonesia) (People & Culture): Supporting commercial leaders and employees across Malaysia and Indonesia through talent, performance, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning with an accent on local employment compliance and employee experience. Focus on advising leaders, managing cross-market People & Culture processes, using people data to identify improvements, and implementing regional initiatives.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; supporting Malaysia and Indonesia. Flexible work combines purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

What you will do
- Act as the primary People & Culture partner for leaders across Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Advise managers on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership, performance, and employee matters.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and organizational design.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, conduct, leave management, policy interpretation, and local compliance.
- Lead engagement, communication, culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and change management initiatives.
- Use people data to improve processes and coordinate delivery with regional partners, Centers of Excellence, and P&C Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, including business partnering.
- Experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation; exposure to Indonesian employment practices is advantageous.
- Experience in a matrix, regional, or multinational organization and supporting multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and change management capabilities, preferably with commercial or corporate functions.
