SEO Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own SEO performance and roadmap execution for a key market.
• Analyze complex datasets across large websites to identify patterns, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Experiment with AI and automation to make SEO workflows faster, smarter, and more scalable.
• Build and test automation workflows for the wider SEO team, including SEO QA processes.
• Measure the impact of SEO changes across the portfolio and provide strategic recommendations.
• Reduce repetitive manual work and support the evolution of SEO practices.

Requirements

• Strong SEO fundamentals, especially on-page optimization, with sufficient technical SEO knowledge.
• Analytical experience working with complex datasets and large websites.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and automation and experience improving work processes.
• Ability to use SEO data to diagnose performance and identify opportunities.
• Ability to explain complex analysis clearly, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Agility and ownership in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

• One-hour video interview with the Head of SEO, Senior SEO Manager, and team.
• Take-home task completed within three days and presented in a 90-minute video session.
