TL;DR
Principal Technical SEO Specialist (iGaming): Co-owning portfolio-wide technical SEO for large gaming and sports domains with an accent on crawling, rendering, indexation, architecture, migrations, and web performance. Focus on building AI-enabled monitoring and automation, solving complex technical SEO challenges, and influencing Product and Engineering decisions at scale.

What you will do
- Co-own the portfolio-wide technical SEO strategy, roadmap, and standards across Gaming and Sports domains.
- Lead investigations into crawling, rendering, indexation, architecture, internal linking, international SEO, migrations, structured data, and web performance.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on architecture, releases, migrations, and experimentation.
- Build automated monitoring, diagnostics, early-warning systems, internal tools, and AI-enabled SEO workflows.
- Create reusable technical patterns, guardrails, and frameworks while coaching teams and documenting best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technical SEO initiatives across large websites or multi-domain portfolios with measurable organic or commercial outcomes.
- Expertise in crawling, rendering, indexation, canonicalisation, international SEO, migrations, structured data, JavaScript SEO, log-file analysis, and web performance.
- Ability to translate technical findings into priorities based on value, risk, effort, confidence, and opportunity cost.
- Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong technical self-sufficiency and a hands-on builder’s mindset.

Hiring process
- Initial 30-minute Talent Partner conversation via Zoom.
- 60-minute interview with the Chief Gaming Officer, followed by a 60-minute technical SEO interview.
- 90-minute case presentation and Principal peer interview, including a technical SEO assessment prepared in advance.
