Communication and Project Engagement Intern (AI)

Location: Paris 16th arrondissement, France. Six-month internship starting January 2027.

What you will do

• Create and publish engaging content for internal social platforms and collaboration channels.
• Monitor engagement metrics, collect user feedback, and optimize communications based on performance.
• Support Product Owners in planning and coordinating internal communication campaigns.
• Develop presentations and communication assets for leadership reviews, accelerator events, product showcases, and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on digital product management, user engagement, and change management activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in communication, marketing, digital communication, or management.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and proactivity.
• Experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI tools.
• Strong interest in digital products, innovation, and employee experience.
• Fluent English is required.
