Creative Strategist & Producer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Identify opportunities in pop culture, trends, competitor activity, audience comments, financial markets, and performance data.
• Write concept-led briefs for paid static and motion creative, as well as selected organic and social campaigns.
• Pitch original concepts and help Product Marketing and Performance Marketing create stronger briefs.
• Produce original paid and organic content in the formats best suited to your creative strengths, including AI video, memes, or on-camera content.
• Use performance data and social listening to develop stronger creative angles and respond quickly to news-cycle opportunities.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, creatives, designers, and compliance to ship approved work efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, social, content, or performance creative within a high-volume in-house team, brand, or agency.
• A portfolio containing concept-led briefs or decks, shipped work, performance results where available, and independently produced creative.
• Proactive, self-directed working style with the ability to find ideas, pitch them, and drive them to completion.
• Strong pop-culture fluency, comedic instinct, copywriting ability, and platform-native understanding across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X.
• Ability to use performance metrics and social listening as creative inputs and to explain objectives, audiences, hooks, formats, and platform-specific constraints.
• Comfort working quickly through multiple review rounds and within regulatory and market-specific requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or another regulated category.
• Experience with AI video, performance creative, on-camera content, or another independently executable creative specialty.
