What you will do
- Develop and deliver Corporate Affairs strategies and plans for ’s Denmark and Norway affiliates.
- Advise affiliate leaders and the General Manager on reputational, policy, communications, stakeholder, and board-related matters.
- Coordinate Corporate Affairs planning across local, regional, and global functions.
- Partner with Government Affairs, Value & Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, HR, R&D, Operations, and other functions on policy developments, risks, and opportunities.
- Build relationships with journalists and patient organizations, and lead local issues and crisis management.
- Develop compliant messaging and digital content while using analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Political Science, Healthcare Policy, Business, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience in Corporate Affairs, communications, public affairs, policy communications, stakeholder engagement, or a related field, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated sector.
- Experience in strategic communications, media relations, policy communications, issues management, executive communications, digital and social channels, and internal communications.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, manage sensitive reputational issues, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of Denmark’s healthcare, pharmaceutical, policy, media, and stakeholder environments.
- Native Danish proficiency and professional fluency in English are required.
Nice to have
- Healthcare policy communications experience and the ability to translate policy developments into stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience supporting senior country leadership, board-related responsibilities, or cross-entity reputation matters.
- Strong analytical skills in measurement, reporting, insight generation, and data-informed decision-making.
- Curiosity about digital tools, AI, and emerging technologies.
