TL;DR
CLO Compliance Analyst (Fintech): Developing, reviewing, and stress-testing compliance models for CLO/CDO and similar structured finance transactions with an accent on transaction document interpretation, model quality, and risk control. Focus on configuring models, identifying system and process gaps, resolving defects with deal stakeholders, and maintaining models throughout the deal lifecycle.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid work with work from home two days a week

What you will do
- Review transaction documents and identify inconsistencies, interpretation issues, and compliance requirements.
- Configure, review, and stress-test CLO/CDO compliance models according to deal documents and established standards.
- Coordinate with deal closing teams, collateral managers, underwriters, rating agencies, and client services to resolve issues and deliver complete models and reports.
- Identify system functionality gaps, define requirements for programming staff, and test new functionality.
- Perform quality control reviews, communicate defects, and improve procedures and verification standards.
- Track team status, manage workloads and deal allocations, and support models throughout the deal lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge of financial markets, structured finance, securitization, and fixed-income securities.
- Experience interpreting and calculating compliance tests and guidelines from CLO indentures.
- Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Knowledge of CLO, CBO, and/or CDO transactions and experience with CDO Suite or a similar CLO administration platform.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, risk mitigation, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft SQL or other programming languages.
