International Finance Operations Specialist (German Language)

Location: Hybrid role based in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Own day-to-day finance operations for Germany and Austria, including invoice review, cost allocation, contracts, accounting coordination, and tax and legal documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, accruals, financial statement reviews, reporting, and Serbian entity finance operations.
• Coordinate Group Accounting requirements across Serbia, France, Vietnam, Germany, and Austria with external accounting partners and local stakeholders.
• Support consolidation activities, monthly reporting, intercompany reconciliations and invoicing, IC accruals, IFRS 16 activities, and implementation of group accounting policies.
• Coordinate transfer pricing and treasury activities, including documentation, intercompany agreements and loans, interest calculations, and invoicing.
• Support internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, deviation reporting, audits, payments, and ESG reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, audit, or a similar role, preferably in an international or multi-entity environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, AR, AP, accruals, and month-end closing.
• Experience with group reporting, consolidation, or financial reporting systems such as LucaNet.
• English and German proficiency required for regular collaboration with accounting partners in Germany and Austria.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Nice to have

• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or a similar certification.
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation, intercompany transactions, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning.
• Understanding of payroll processes in Serbia.
